This machine has：
FEEDER
- Equipped with vibrating motor
- With independent transmission, low noise, with front adjustable wheels, max working capacity can be achieved.
- Feeding knives and left and right registers fixing bar are controlled up and down by pneumatic system easily. Feeding knifes are equipped with pneumatic mechanism for smoother feeding.
ALIGNMENT
- With alignment section, the skewed paper can be corrected to be in line, avoid fish-tail.
- can be left or right correction.
INSPECTION SECTION (CAMERA) AND EJECTION SECTION
- High-speed inspection：max speed: 300m/min, printing effect and code could be inspected together.
- Fish-scale box collected: to meet different boxes.
- Flexible cameras configuration：according to inspection requirements, 1-3 cameras could be equipped, on the opposite side, 1 camera could be chosen.
- Suitable for small-quantity different jobs, easy for box change-over.
- Short time for box change
- Those boxes do not same as the one taken into the system will be ejected out of the line.
PRE-FOLDING SECTION
- The first creasing line (left flap) could be 180°pre-folded at high speed.
- After being pre-folded, boxes will quickly open.
- In this long pre-folding section, the top carriers are separated and removable for some special boxes.
- Wide left bottom belt, avoiding marks leaving onto the boxes.
- Perfect pre-folding unit for the flaps.
LOCK BOTTOM SECTION (optional)
- Lock bottom assembly mechanism with high elastic hookers is of ideal design, fast and easy operation.
- Modular-design lock-bottom section reduces the box change-overtime, enhances the installing and changing time for the parts.
- Lock-bottom section of modular design reduces the adjusting time for different boxes, and enhances the change-over time for installing attached parts.
LOWER GLUING TANK
- Big-volume design, when the machine is running at high seed, the glue will not go out or leaking. Optional bottle is good for long time operation
- Glue tank is easily taken out for cleaning.
- Glue could be micro-adjusted by the scraper.
FOLDING SECTION
- Suitable for small boxes, finished width: 35mm
- Left, right or both folding
- Equipped with speed variator for belts, ensure the folded boxes parallel and in good order.
- Fast, convenient adjustment and operation can fold boxes perfectly.
TRANSFER SECTION
- Independent motor running, faster speed and complete control
- Pneumatic box kicker is equipped
- Suitable for complicated box shape
- Belts in this section could be easily tensioned and adjusted for different boxes.
CONVEYOR
- Pneumatic pressure can be independently speed-controlled, allowing for moderate pressure on the carton and ensuring a perfect finish.
- The front end can properly swing up and down with the stacking and patching device.
- Pneumatic squaring device( optional).
