This automatic gluing machine corrugated box is specially designed for forming and bonding paperboard after flat pressing and die cutting. It offers stable performance, controllability, and strong operability. With a wide range of applications, it can fold and paste various linear boxes, crash lock bottom boxes, 46 corner boxes, and other special-shaped boxes.
Combining the characteristics of cardboard and corrugated boxes, it can complete complex card box formations and meet the requirements of corrugated products. This makes it very suitable for comprehensive products. The first fold and the third fold of the processed paper box reach 180 degrees and 135 degrees respectively, perfectly meeting the needs of the automated packaging industry. ALIGNMENT

PRE-FOLDING SECTION
◆ The first creasing line (left flap) could be 180°pre-folded at high speed.
◆ After being pre-folded, boxes will quickly open.
◆ In this 2.3meter long pre-folding section, the top carriers are separated and removable for some special boxes.
◆ Wide left bottom belt, avoiding marks leaving onto the boxes.
◆ Perfect pre-folding unit for the flaps.
LOCK BOTTOM SECTION
- Equipped with a hook bottom combination adjustment mechanism, featuring an ideal design for quick and easy operation. Coupled with a high rigidity spring hook seat, it ensures stable hook bottom performance.
- The modular design of the lock bottom unit significantly reduces adjustment time during conversion operations and improves the installation and conversion time of accessories.
- Comes with 4 sets of high elastic hook seat and hook bottom box modules.

LOWER GLUING TANK
Big-volume design, when the machine is running at high seed, the glue will not go out or leaking. Optional bottle is good for long time operation
Glue tank is easily taken out for cleaning.
Glue could be micro-adjusted by the scraper.
Here both left and right smaller gluing tanks can be choosen.
FINAL FOLDING SECTION
- Mini folding device capable of folding up to 35 mm.
- Options to choose folding on the left side, right side, or both simultaneously.
- Belts can be tensioned for faster preparation.
TRANSFER SECTION
- Independent drive enables complete control and faster order change speed.
- Synchronous kick counter can be adjusted according to the carton arrival time.
- Adjustable conveyor can adapt to complex carton shapes.
- Belt tension and adjustable height ensure perfect carton transfer.
CONVEYOR
- Pneumatic pressure, with independent speed control, can apply moderate pressure to cartons, ensuring perfect pressure on the finished product.

Packing：
first wrapped by film, then by vacuum bags, at last in export wooden boxes, then in container which are suitable for long ocean transportation distance and climate change. Fixed by iron base and packed by water-proof plastic film, so moisture and shock can be avoided.
One 20 feet container could fit two such machines, but one machine also needs one 20 feet container.
