Carton Folding and Gluing Machine

FG-1100JZ automatic carton folding and gluing machine is widely used for processing paper cartons like straight line corrugated wine boxes in packaging and printing factories.

FEEDER

• Air suction feeder for smooth running
• Each group of guide boards can be mobilized horizontally, and the guide wheels guide the paper belts;
• There are baffles on the left and right sides, allowing the product to exit the paper vertically;
• Equipped with two paper knives 
• Vibrating motor or pneumatic vibrator can be freely chosen
• Easy replacement for feeding belts 
• Includes independent motor adjustment for speed.

ALIGNMENT

• It consists two groups of guide boards;
• Each group of guide plates is equipped with a tensioned belt;
• There is a row of stress bearings on top of the upper part;
• The parallel error of the carton can be corrected to ensure that the paper walks parallel into the next section.

 Top driving and folding section

• The folding edge control device ensures accuracy in the size of the binding part.
• The left and right two-handed special mold steel turbulent knives effectively control the folding of the box mouth.
• The addition of push-ups on the upper band helps control the occurrence of scissors and fish tail marks after formation.
• A turn with a width of 50mm ensures smoother and more even folding of the carton.

Output section:

• Four belts from the two groups of guide plates to the upper and lower belts.
• The length of the upper and lower transmission can be adjusted according to the shape of the box.
• Continuously automate the boxing process to ensure that the boxes are neatly entered into the transportation department.
• Equipped with a sensor counting device, the counter controls the carton's exit and identification.

Pneumatic Conveyor Section:

• Utilize an independent 1000mm wide and 4mm thick belt.
• Soft and moderate, it will not damage the finished products.
• The entire transportation department can move back and forth.
• Balanced pressure ensures neat transportation, ensuring perfect quality.
• The speed of the conveyor section adjusts automatically according to the host motor speed with the assistance of sensor appliances.
• Manual and automatic speed adjustment are also available.
