Pre-folding section
- Left first creasing line 180° pre-fold,third line 135°pre-fold. After being pre-folded, the finished box is easily opened.

Lock bottom section
- Lock bottom assembly mechanism with high elastic hookers is of ideal design, fast and easy operation.
- Modular-design lock-bottom section reduces the box change-overtime, enhances the installing and changing time for the parts.
- Lock-bottom section of modular design reduces the adjusting time for different boxes, and enhances the change-over time for installing attached parts.
- Gluing guns are optional.

Folding section
- Suitable for small boxes, finished width: 35mm
- Left, right or both folding
- Equipped with speed variator for belts, ensure the folded boxes parallel and in good order.
- Fast, convenient adjustment and operation can fold boxes perfectly.
Transfer section
- Fully consider the quality of finished boxes, use two carriers design, convenient pressure adjustment, stable gluing quality.
- Batch counter, sensor are equipped.
Pneumatic conveyor
- Pneumatic pressure and speed can be independently adjusted, pressure could be a bit increased on boxes, so the finished boxes will be more beautiful.
- The front section of conveyor can be coordinated with overlapping to move up and down suitably.
- If paper boxes are out of order, there is a sensor here to stop the machine immediately to reduce the waste.
- Conveyor speed can be synchronous with the main motor or can be adjusted independently.
- Emergency stop is equipped also in this section.
Guaranty Terms:
1. one year (12 months) quality guaranty service. During the warranty period, the Seller will provide replaced parts at free because of the parts quality defects itself (the Buyer must describe damaged reason to the Seller in detail and preciseness), including parts costing and freight charge for sea freight, but import handling charge and import duty should be paid by the Buyer and if the buyer require the shipping method other than sea freight, the shipping cost need to be covered by buyer if malfunction or damage doesn't belong to the Seller's responsibility. The Seller still provides repair services and parts. The Buyer should pay the parts cost(including parts costing , freight charge import handling charge and import duty ,technician's salary ,accommodation, round trip ticket and local traffic cost . )
2. The Seller replaces the parts at free because of the parts quality defects in the warranty period.
3. It belongs to Buyer's responsibility in the warranty period for the followings.
4. the consumable parts are not included during the warranty period .(The spare parts could be replaced at free because of the quality defects itself during installation and debugging period .if the parts are damaged by the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay all costs .)
5. Limit of warranty
5.1 Defects from any modification or repairing brought about by the seller.
5.2 Abrasion caused by negligence of the buyer
5.3 Defects generated by products or installation not supplied by the Seller.
