Installation:
installation and operation training are not included. The installation and operation training will be conducted by the seller's technicians for a period not exceeding seven (7) calendar days. Wages for the technicians during installation period shall be at Seller's account, Hotel accommodation, meals, return airfare and all other costs to be incurred for installation such as transportation of machine from port to buyer's plant, cost of rigging, site preparation, electrical connection to the machine, insurance premium for moving and rigging and any extra expenses for making the access to the premises are not included and shall be at Buyer's account.
The Sellers shall provide the Buyers with the necessary information for installation preparation, such as foundation floor plan, power consumption and specification and installation facilities required. It is the Buyer's responsibility to get the site and electricity power supply facility ready for installation and machine operation accordingly well in advance of installation.
How to properly maintain the collagen and folding parts of the box machine
A. Ensure that the sticky mouth of the carton matches the width of the rubber wheel. During the automatic pasting process, the carton's sticky width should meet the requirements of the box machine. Excessive width or narrowness will affect the box's quality. Excessive glue may occur with excessive width, leading to premature discounts to some extent. Additionally, ensure the concentricity of the upper rubber wheel for accurate packaging and anti-counterfeiting measures, and ensure the edges are unworn to ensure uniform glue distribution.
B. Before applying glue, verify that the conveying route on the adhesive edge of the carton is parallel to the conveyor belt.
C. The gap between the upper and lower glue wheels, as well as the amount of glue applied, should be adjusted appropriately to ensure a thin and uniform rubber layer.
D. The folding part is equipped with a folding transmission. If necessary, adjust the folding transmissions to ensure accurate positioning.
E. Ensure that the sticky mouth with adhesive does not encounter other parts of the machine to prevent glue accumulation in undesired areas.
F. The glue position should be appropriate; if too far from the crease line, the box may appear unattractive. If too close, it may lead to difficulty in box assembly due to misplaced glue application.
