Feeder
- The left and right side baffle lift operation is convenient.
- The paper feed belt of the paper feed section can be adjusted independently, ensuring smooth paper feed.
- Motor with individual speed regulation ensures uniform paper spacing.

Alignment section
- The cardboard sent by the paper feeding department is corrected by the alignment section to ensure straight movement.
- The upper pressure drive of the correction part can be adjusted up and down to adapt to different paperboard thicknesses, providing stability guarantee.
Pre-folding section
Segmented left and right upper belt plates can be adjusted according to product demand, ensuring fast and efficient operation.
It can effectively complete the 180-degree prefold of the first line and the 135-degree prefold of the third line of the box.
Lock bottom section
- 3 groups of conveyor belt structure, with segmented upper belt plate function, can overcome the problems encountered in the production of special-shaped box products.
- The middle and upper belt plate is removable and can be disassembled and adjusted according to product requirements.
Folding section
- 3-plate drive structure, with the middle plate independently disassemblable, convenient for small box forming.
- The speed of the left and right outer folding belts can be adjusted independently to ensure forming accuracy.
Transfer section
- Fully consider the quality of finished boxes, use two carriers design, convenient pressure adjustment, stable gluing quality.
- Batch counter, sensor are equipped.
Pneumatic conveyor
- Set box spacing, belt speed, and host speed in automatic mode, and the belt moves when the photoelectric sensor detects the box.
- In manual mode, the belt moves at a constant speed, regardless of the main motor speed.
- The pressure part adopts air pressure pressing, ensuring more accurate pressure control and guaranteed product bonding effect.
Q1. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A:Each machine will be tested running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And we can send you the box trial running videos to you.
Q2. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q3. What's the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before shipment.
We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
