How the automatic folder gluer works: After turning on the power, the entire conveyor begins moving, placing punched semi-finished cartons at the feed position of the folding and gluing machine. When the paper stops, the conveyor automatically sets a box. The scheduled feed report is sent to the center conveyor (if the semi-finished cartons have been coated or polished, or if they have undergone other surface treatments, the corresponding cartons are glued onto the conveyor after entering the center conveyor and transported to the back). A spray gun then glues the cartons simultaneously to the inner edges. The segmented boxes are then packaged under pressure.
Automatic Folder Gluer Operating Procedures:
1. Carefully inspect the folder gluer's operating sequence and sample, and determine and prepare the glue for gluing.
2. Adjust the width of the baffles to be glued so that both sides are parallel. Place the semi-finished color box to be manufactured, ensuring that the baffles on both sides are less than 1mm from the color box. Adjust the limit screws for each product to be glued. Ensure smooth, unrestrained flow.
3. Adjust the inclination and height of the frame in the box to be glued so that the glued product can move forward smoothly without binding. After pushing, adjust the auxiliary guide rails and flow rollers. Please match the size of the color box to be glued.
4. Adjust the box gluing belt, then adjust the box gluing body, the wheel pressure, and the cross-coupling of the belt.
5. Turn on the power switch, main motor switch, and vibration switch, adjust the machine, press the "Run" or "Inch" key, and press the "Paper" key to debug the machine and check whether the machine is performing normally. Any deviation should be corrected immediately.
6. After successfully debugging the box gluing machine, first test the machine with 5-10 sheets of paper to check the positioning and forming specifications, then adjust the machine speed.
7. When gluing boxes, pay attention to the paper feeding status of the boxes. To avoid affecting the appearance or shaping of the color boxes, ensure that the color boxes are not over-lined, off-line, or misplaced. 8. After production is completed, clean the machine to maintain cleanliness.
